Our story
We founded Momenti as we experienced the problem some people have.
Born and grown in Milan, where stylish interiors are essential, we asked ourselves how to adapt this culture to the UAE. So we came up with a solution to bring design furniture to everyone who loves it, but hates the hassle of buying and throwing it away just some years after.

Mirko Sala Tenna
Design Director & Business Dev
Mirko Sala Tenna is a designer with over 10 years of professional experience working for international acclaimed architectural practices in Europe and Middle East. Post-graduate from one of the most renowned school of Design in Italy, Mirko during his career has been awarded nationally and internationally. He has also designed furnishing accessories for some of the most important Italian furniture brands, feeding his innate aptitude for product design.
4 years ago Mirko co-founded Etereo Design, an architecture and interior design studio boutique specialized in luxurious residential and commercial projects in UAE. Thanks to his leadership and business acumen, the studio has grown continuously over the years reaching 8 million AED of annual turnover (2020). Thanks to his skills in building and maintaining strong network with demanding customers, Mirko is the candidate to cover the business development functions in Momenti. He will be in charge of searching and developing market opportunities, conducting market researches and suggesting the right strategies to increase the customer base. He will be in charge of building a network of reliable real estate agents, which serves as distribution channels, conduct PR activities as well as working on marketing and advertising campaigns.
Lorenzo Papa
Supply Chain Director
Lorenzo has over 10 years of experience in supply chain and operations management, thanks to a strong academic background and significant role in manufacturing companies since the beginning of his career. Charismatic and with a strong critical sense, today he leads logistics for a business unit in a large international organization.
After graduated at Politecnico di Milano in Industrial Engineering, he joined a famous Italian company leader in the design and production of interior doors. Due to his proactive nature and his passion for innovation, he achieved excellent results up to lead several initiatives aiming at improving business processes, production planning and inventory management. During his career, he was also in charge of supply chain and logistics organization for several global organizations. In this position, he established relationships with 3PLs and run transportation strategy. His professional experience is crucial to lead logistic infrastructure of Momenti. Specifically, he will negotiate contracts with logistic providers, plan the deliveries to clients and manage warehousing activities. His know how in Operations will also help Momenti in defining the industrial framework and evaluate financial impacts on P&L.
Samuele Secci
Business Dev. & Contract Manager
Born in Milan where he graduated as Civil Engineer with a post Master degree in Engineering, Contracting, and Management of large projects (PMP Specialist), Samuele has over 20 year of experience in Contract Management and over 10 year experience in GCC Market and supply chain. Thanks to his passionate and empathetic attitude, he has developed a particular acumen in contracting, dealing and negotiating with a win-win approach.
He started his career in Italy with different assignments and roles in the construction sector, dealing with all the main players of the industry chain (developers, designers, contractors, and suppliers) enhancing his skills in contracts management. Being an eager person, to improve his knowledge and skills, in 2009 he attended a MBA at the School of Management of Milan learning disciplines of marketing, economy, financial, negotiation, risk management and business strategy.
In 2019 he founded Enhanced Strategic Solutions in Dubai, which provides contract management services, market analysis, company assessment, and business strategies in terms of forecast, plan, growth, and risks mitigation.
Commercial and Portfolio Director of Momenti, Samuele is in charge do develop the local market, establishing B2B commercial partnerships, deals with other service providers, contracts with end users.
